CreditDiva
Grr!...I disputed some CA some never validated and subsequently disappered from my CRA..PG does not show soft pulls, I recently purchased another CRA directly from them, and it shows CAVALRY PORTFOLIO Services pulling soft inquires on my CRA twice now last month and this month, coded as an A/R...I have never had an acct from them, and not heard from them as of yet, it is possible that they may be getting ready to hit me with something, just as I have finally got things cleared up...and if so, can they put a new derogatory on my CRA for a debt that was already deleted due to non-validation, or a debt that they may have purchased??? eg I had one CA deleted, due to docs I had that proved attempts at re-aging acct...since I cannot get them for non-PP as it is not a hard inquiry,do I just wait till I hear from them..all the threads I read through here..seems like they are buggers to deal with

LadynRed
Those dirtbags pull my report every month, softs only lately, but in December I found they did TWO hard pulls 2 days apart ! If they do it again, their azz is mine - file poisoning is ILLEGAL !

InTheMidwest
Typical Cavalry tactics. There are a lot of complaints about Cavalry nationwide, even a class action suit against them in IL for a variety of issues. When you get enough violations against them, report to your state AG. When enough complaints are received, it is likely action will be taken against them.
