ThePeacock
My first letter got AAC off Experian and Transunion. A second letterconvinced them to remove from Equifax also. This pushed my EQ FICO from 629 to 642. Okay...i thought I'd lost momentum but this makes me want to dance!! Woo Hoo!!!

CreditSuperstar
Congrats! For thise who have AA on our reports, follow the DV flowchart. Additionally, make SURE they are licensed on your state. They will be removed from my reports this coming week, according to EX end EQ reps.If they aren't licensed, get the AG's and Consumer Protection depts involved too.FCS

ThePeacock
Asset is a big thorn in my you-know-what. What'd you do? I would REALLY appreciate the help. Thanks Well, it was down right blatent on their part. They were actively reporting every month a balance due. Was supposed to be IIB and I told them remove it or pay up.They did remove from 2 CRAs. I sent a second letter with a more firm tone, and the last one came off April 7th. I can post the letter, but if your situation isn't the same or similar, it may not help.
