I just signed up on wednsday and still can't access reports online as well. Talked to customer service and they said it will take 72 hours from when they process your membership, which also takes a couple of days, so it sounds like it takes about a week until you can access online.

I also signed up in April and just cancelled my membership since they have told me that the only way to get your reports will be by mail.

There will be no more online instant reports for anyone who signed up after April 4th but anyone who signed up before will still be able to get them online. I actually signed up late April 3rd and I still can't access my CR online.

The rep I spoke with actually referred me to Creditkeeper to have instant online access.

I just called Privacy Guard and tried to cancel because I could not pull up my report online. They told me that they are making changes to the website, and after April 25th, you will be able to pull up reports online. I'll believe it when I see it though because I seem to get a different response each time I call them!

I canceled privacy guard and signed up online at credit keeper $9.99 a month 3 bureau 3 score and simulater. and I was able to pull my reports online the same day. I think i was paying 12.99 a month at pg for 3 bureau 1 score at pg. with endless technical problems

MyCreditKeeper won't let me sign up using the same credit card that I used to sign up for PrivacyGuard. Which stinks because I don't HAVE another credit card. Hell that one isn't even a credit card--it's a debit card.

I don't see a way to cancel my PG account, either. GRRRR!!!

Privacy Guard was supposed to be updating their website and offering online access to credit reports again as of today, April 25, but when I logged on, I could only get access to credit reports by snail mail. I called them, and the CSR said I will only be able to receive a report through the mail with their service. I cancelled it, and I am sticking with Creditkeeper.
