....hmmmmmmmmm?

Hi guys! I'm in the process of doing some credit repair work with all three CRA's. Since I don't want to dispute all the issues at once, I know that this is going to take some time, which made me wonder:

Do CRA's, keep a running "events record" on your account so that when you call in, the CSR you speak with can see all the disputes, request, etc. that you've done? :hmmmmm:

Thanks miracle. Why does it not surprise me that, as with most everything else CRA's do, there appears to be no set procedure?!? :<img src=:'>

I was just wondering if the CSR's at the big 3 start to automatically discount any dispute you make when they see that you are disputing something almost every month for several months in a row. It shouldn't matter, since all I'm doing is exercising my legal rights, but we all know that doesn't matter to the CRA's!

It is very frustrating. Blah!

Although.. I would split your disputes up. Dispute about half of whatever you want to dispute and then the next month dispute the other half and go back and for every 60 or so days. It should cut down on your chances of getting a frivolous letter. :)

Yes they have a system and yes they know everything. Correspondence is kept until the SOL expires and changes to your credit file can be see with an audit trail report. If you call and have an address deleted they can tell when and which employee made the deletion.
