Past Due OC Dispute GW or phone call

i want to get a few past dues removed from my OC accounts. Would you guys suggest starting with:

- Mail Gw letter

- GW letter using Planetfeedback

- Phone Call

I have heard success with all three but wanted to know which one to attempt first

Mail a GW to a higher up in the company like the CEO or something. If it fails the first time, try again. Sometimes it doesn't work on the first try. You could also try PF but I would try that after mailing the letter.

Unless you think VERY quickly on your feet I wouldn't suggest calling, but that is just me
