Removing Vacated Judgments...SO frustrated!!!

Okay, I have 2 vacated judgments. Have the court papers, etc.

I sent them in last summer, didn't follow up (bad, bad, I know) and they never removed them. Big surprise. Well, I just sent new dispute letters out to all 3 CRA's and have 3 totally different letters back in less than a week.

Here's the letters:

Experian:

They sent me an entire credit report that basically says "here's what we investigated..." nothing, they investigated nothing. It is still there, with a verification date of 08/2003. What???

Plus, I thought this was weird, on the cover page under the City Gen Dist (the cap one vacated judgment) it says this:

"A tax lein appearing on the credit report means that the government has filed a lein for past due taxes. Blah, blah, Once you pay the lein in full.....blah, blah"

This was not a tax lein...there is no tax lien. What the heck is this about???? The vacated judgment is Cap One. I'm totally baffeled by this one! Anyone have any idea?????

Equifax:

Sent me some type of form letter talking about my "rights" (yeah, right!) and also not to use a "credit repair" company, etc. At the very bottom it says "We hope that you will correspond directly with this office if you have any additional questions or concerns."

What?? Is that it?

TU:

Sent me a letter saying they could not accept the documentation I supplied. (copy of the court paper--which btw, I verified with the courts today, that is all the CRA should need and yes, it should be taken off our reports!)

It goes on to say they "will contact the source of the disputed information to advise them of your dispute. We will ask them to verify the accuracy of the reported information."

Okay, so at least they "say" they are investigating.

Okay, where do I go from here? So frustrated. Should I call? Should I send MOV letters? I just don't know what to do to get these off.

BTW, I am SO ready to sue them...it would just be so much easier if they'd just do what they are supposed to.
