Question about myFICO

I think one of two things is happening. The most like is that Experian may have locked your credit report because of fraud, too much activity, or just because. The other possibility that I can think of is if you've had recent deletions that may have brough your credit history below six months "old"...even though you've been on record for longer than that.

I have been to myFICO twice, each time I have bought my scores and reports. I just tried and now experian is sending a message that I have no credit file. Equifax sent a message of a security violations. I purchased transunion. Why is Experian reporting that I have no credit file? I know that I do.

You may want to get on the horn right away with Experian and find out what happened.

The same thing happened to me years ago when Experian split my file. I only had one trade line and all the other 30 accounts got split into another file.

Fortunately, the customer service rep was able to fix the situation for me...
