Any success story vs the evil Experian?

Is Experian the worst or what. I got a few items deleted via both TU and EQ, EX only removed a late out of 7 disputed items.

They stopped investigating anything and keep saying item 'verified' after the first round of dispute which didn't do anything. I suspect they just wait 30-45 days and send out a letter say 'verified' without doing anything.

anybody had any luck disputing items with them after the initial round?

As someone pointed out in another thread, it appears the only language these guys understand is a law suit.

These guys like to play hardball, and we should give it to them. I will start sending CMRRR to them, document each of their violations, prepare a file lawsuit to collect cash - they pissed me off so much I don't think I will settle for just deletion - they need to pay!

First of all, they make it impossible to dispute online after the initial dispute, even disputing inquiries online is impossible, according to their website, you'd have to send in 2 forms of verification of address plus bunch of other craps just to dispute inquiries - they clearly don't like any disputes and don't bother to verify things - most time they wait 30-45 days and come back with a 'verified' letter.

They either are too dumb or just don't understand they are asking to get sued, very well, let's give it to them. I suggest we all 1) document everything with this CRA, 2) get return receipts for each communication, 3) document all their violations (procedural included), once it accumulates to a few grand, bang, sue these bastards! It's as easy as 1,2,3

Are you all still with me ? :D

Well I did have a little luck getting a paid collection off of my CR with experian, but I am guessing that it had to do with the fact that I sent an ITS to the collection agency, Experian and copies to the BBB of every state that either of the companies had offices in, along with my state Attorney General.

The collection agency sent me a letter stating that it was being deleted, and Experian, sent me a letter stating that it would remain. but thier responses to the BBB and to the Attorney General stated that it did not appear on my Credit report.

It also may have helped that the AG sent Experian a letter stating they were in violation of its FCRA.
