Sending letters certified mail to PO boxes?

Hiya..

I am new... been lurking for a few days and decided to start

the process.

The addresses I have from the 3 CRA's all go to PO boxes.

Does'nt certified mail require a signature?

How do I go about this?

posts.

Yes I can send certified mail to a PO box.
