Sprint PCS

Going on 2 years ago I had a cell phone account with Sprint PCS. My phone was stollen and as I didn't have the money to put out for a new one at the time, I called and cancelled my service. I was under no contract at this time. They kept sending me bills for 4 months and every time I called and said that I had already cancelled. I started receiving letters from a collection agency and it is now on my credit report as a chargeoff. How do I get this taken care of?

I don't really know much about credit. I don't really have much else on my credit report. But I do have a credit card account that is in good standing. They are only reporting to Equifax, not the other 2 so my score isn't as high with them. Is there any way to get this account to show up on all 3 reports?
