Jazkal
Question on SOL against CRAsI have documented my entire paper trail for the last year and half. My question is what kind of time limit am I under for filing suit against the CRA’s for all the violations?I have 18 and my DW has 24 documented violations. Our timeline began back in Nov-Dec of ’03. The reason I’m asking is because this was right around the time of the new FACTA laws coming out.Anyone know the quick and easy answer?EDIT:I’ve read the old FCRA and the new FACTA, I just can’t figure out where the old SOL runs out, and when the new SOL takes over, and if the new one predates when it came into law. Xanathos
2 years from the date you noticed the violation or 5 years from the date of the violation, whichever comes last.

Jazkal
Sweet, thank you very much. I was hoping that was the way of it. Just was thinking it might have been my wishful thinking that was pushing me in that direction. Thanks again.
