razorack
Does anyone know what the time frame is to file a Motion to Vacate. I have heard you have 12 months after a judgment is entered? Is this true or no.Thanks,razorack--
iwant2getthem
It is different in every state. In MI, it is 1 year form the judgement date.
KentWA
Keep in mind also that if you are unable to vacate a judgement you can attack it through proceeding to Void the Judgement usually.

KentWA
I seem to remember the last time we had a long discussion on Vacate vs Voiding it involved someone in MI. Try searching through the old posts using the search function.

flythai834
thanks admin, i will check it out.All this info is greatly appreciated. I started this whole credit repair thing back in 3/05, I have had a couple of tls already deleted and still working on a couple more. So i would like to fix this judgment. It has yet to appear in my crs, i hope by calling the clerk they dont magically make it appear.
