ldyowen
I have been reading and reading until I think I have read myself into a state of confusion. In some things I have read, it states to dipute w/CRA first and after the verify, then DV CA. If the cannot validate then dispute with CRA again. Then I have read to DV w/CA first then dispute w/CRA, which way is the best way to go. Thanks for all the info that I have recieved so far, but this one has me stumped !! HeartRN
You can do it either way, really. If you dispute first, some may drop off without having to do the DV at all. You want to be sure to dispute after you get your green card back from the DV to make sure the CA/JDB is reporting the TL as "in dispute". If they don't, you already have them on a violation right there and can use that as leverage.
Radio_Guy
IMHO -Here's the way to go... just like HeartRN said...http://debt-consolidation-credit-repair-service.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=24558&highlight=Good luck...
Revco
I agree with HeartRN & the article...I had at least 5-6 accounts and judgements drop with a dispute to the CRA and never talked to the CA/courthouse. It was likely the easiest drops of the whole process for me. The ones that don't drop (get verified) tend to be the trickier ones to get off, if possible at all without a lawsuit.
