beeboah
Hi,I remember reading somewhere on the internet that under the new bk legislation that you are eligible to petition the court to have a previous bk removed after 5 years have elapsed. I cannot remember where I saw this.Does anyone know if this is accurate information? How much will it cost and is it a difficult process if so?Thank you for any information. LadynRed
I don't know where you got that but I've read thru the whole reform bill more than once and found NOTHING of the kind. The COURTS cannot remove anything from your credit reports and no modifications ot the FCRA have been made due to BK reform laws.
