I have a question tried looking around and trying to find out if you , can settle the debt, after you answer the summons, or are they coming after you, for judgment , have answered , the summons, and ask for vd of the debt, how long will it before they take you to court, I am just wanting to settle this out of court,

I denied all the alligations, sorry for the spelling what is summary judgment? there is no court date just a case file,

I just sent the answers, to the petition, and one to the court clerk, so I was just wanting to know what is next, I just want to settle this out of court, will they want it all in one lump sum. or could we work out a payment plan I just don't know what is next.

What will happen next is they will send you a response to your DV, which will basically be the name of the original creditor and the account number.

You can send them a settlement offer at any time. Be sure to put in the offer that this is not an admission of guilt or liability but an effort to keep it out of court.

As far as summary judgment goes, you won't need to wory about that as long as you have denied the allegations in the petition until after they send you discovery (requests for admissions, interrogatories, and request for production of documents).

They will request summary judgment (a ruling by the judge given when there are no issues about material fact) if you ignore their requests for admissions.
