Is there something better to use than this service?Thanks- Kari
Northern Lights
I joined trying to get some bumpage going for my inquiries, and so far it isn't all bad. It's great to look at your report eveyday and see what's been added or taken off.I just tried getting on the site now, but it was down for some reason. I just hope they are not changing from getting your reports online everyday, otherwise i'll leave.

lbwell
Hi,I am new here and have just joined mycreditkeeper as well. I am unable to find the daily report. Where are you going to see this? I see the monitoring, but there isn't any information there. Any suggestions? Am I looking in the wrong place?TIA
HeartRN
When you first sign in, click on "view reports"On the next screen on the LEFT side you want to ORDER the "3B report w/3Bscore"On the next screen you will see a drop down menu for a credit card, skip this and put in your SS#, scroll down, click on I agree, scroll down and submit. You'll then get a confirmation number and wait for the button to appear that says "GET MY REPORT"..and poof...you're good to go! lbwell
Thank you! I was able to get the 3B report a few days ago. It doesn't show me what is going on daily. I am thinking that the monitoring section is the one that shows daily. Maybe nothing has changed on my report. HMMMI am also wondering about a report number. I was able to do a dispute online with TU, but either EX or EQ wanted a report number. Do you know where I would find such a number?Sorry to be so clueless. HeartRN
You have to order a new report every day to see the changes. With EX and EQ online disputes, you need to order a report directly from them to get the report #.
lbwell
Ohhh, now I get it. Thanks!I think it stinks that EQ and EX make you spend money on their report.

Champion80
Whats up all!! Hey whats new with the Credit Keeper?? They do the 3B/3B score reports?? Daily??I havent signed up for any new services since I cancelled privacyguard when they changed their terms..I will also go visit creditkeeper site by I thought the last time I saw it, I didnt see 3B report and 3B scores..Maybe I was wrong??I know when I signed up for the monthly $12.99 for privacy guard that included 3B and 3B scores, I found the link for that particular offer browsing through other forums, because they had other services like instead of monthly an annual fee..yadda yadda yadda. breathing_easier
Yes, MCK (MyCreditKeeper) offers everything PG used to...including the 3B reports and scores and updating the reports daily. First month is free and it's $9.95/mo. after that. Has been available for over a year (?) now...I think? I signed up with MCK last month after PG discontinued updating daily. Northern Lights
Just a quick note I received a copy of my credit report and all the soft pulls from My credit Keeper are showing up on my credit report as being pulled by Privacyguard. So it appears that privacyguard is now mycreditkeeper! Champion80
They have always been owned by them, notice the layout of all the websites, very similar. They are owned by Trilegant Corp. So you are right.
unjaded
I just tried to sign up at the MCK website and it referred me to a phone #. I called the number to sign up and in the customer service rep mentioned that I had terminated my PG on May 3rd. I told her that I termintaed it because I could no longer receive daily reports and she stated that MCK no longer allows daily reports either. Is this true? From what I've read here you guys are still getting them.

late learner
I tried to sign up for CK on the site. It referred me to call and sign up on the phone. I called and they said that since I used my credit card before (on Privacy Guard that I had cancelled) that I would have to use a new credit card to sign on. (the first time I called they transferred me to someone to get a Horizon Bank credit card, the second time they told me I had to use a new card, and the third time she said she checked with her supervisor and it was true). My husband is not even able to sign up online. They say there is no way to work around it, that we have to charge to a different card. Anyone else have this problem? We want CK but dont have more cards.
