tmac01
I sent a letter to CSC asking them to either verify the inquries on my credit report or remove them because I did not authorize them. They just sent me a letter back stating " Inquiries will remain on your credit report for 2-years." This is killing my credit and I already called them several times and they will not budge on removing them. Bumping also has been of no help. Can someone give me some advice ? Is there a law I can state to them threating to sue them if they do not remove them immediately? Any help is much appreciated..Thank You So Much !!!! wings1223
Acording to most of the posts I've seen, enrolling in privacy gaurd and pulling everyday will bump inquiries. It's worked for me.
codename_fortyseven
Sue them. The CRA's are playing this inq's can't be disputed game, and it will only take a class action before they change their minds. Send them a CMRRR disputing the inq's. When you get the form letter back, sue them for not conducting an investigation at a consumer's request.
