Paid In Settlement Account in Good standing on CR

This is going to seem to like a weird question, but it being there is even weirdier to me so I have to ask. Before I found this forum I had a CA come after me for a $1250 charged off account from Capital One (started with a $200 limit, surpassed it and not paid for 2 years. Funny how that works huh?), and I paid a settlement to the CA. I know it was a bad idea now but I'm trying to fix it now. I disputed it with experian and they removed it at first. Today I check back since I have some other disputes going on and low and behold the Capital One account is now in the "Good Standing" section of my credit report. The status is "Paid in settlement. $1,025 written off". Can someone explain to me if this is actually a good thing? Should I continue to try and get it removed or just leave it? I've never seen a Charged Off account in the Good Standing section of a CR. Thanks in advance for any help.

I've got a few OC TLs like that as well. I don't care what section they plop them down in on my report, I know they're dinging my FICO and I want them gone. When you go for a mortgage they're not going to care what section of the report they're in, they're just not going to like anything that says "chargeoff," "paid collection," or "settlement." Same thing if a lender is doing a manual review.
