Guest Posted May 31, 2005 Report Share Posted May 31, 2005 Landlords and rental agencies must also inform you if they pull your credit and who and what saw it.if they deny you renting the apartment they must notify you within 3o days or they have violated.Many single landlords dont understand that and could be in trouble if they dont.Just what I have seen.
