GreatGadsby 21 Posted June 7, 2005 Report Share Posted June 7, 2005 it is possible, but the CRA's don't like to add positive TLs... they make their money from the banks pulling CRs. the worse the CRs are, the higher interest the bank can charge, and the more money they make.
