Oxford was charging people $8 per transaction as a "service fee" for electronic checking account withdrawls. Apparently, this is illegal.Thought you guys might like knowing that one. I know YUCK!! but rebuilding, you know.anyway, I paid my bill last month online and just found out that they charged me $7 for processing the payment. Same situation, it was a bank draft.
