iviguy
In the Texas Discovery rules under Level 1, Rule 190 it states the following:Parties also are limited to a total of twenty-five interrogatories, which may be allocated among an unlimited number of sets, but this reduction is somewhat offset by the availability of the new discovery tool of disclosures, discussed below. What are the "sets" being referred to under Discovery? Kindrox
It means that you can send 25 seperate interrogatory requests of one interrogatory each, if you want. How it worked for me is I sent about 15 requests in one document, then I have sent a couple more requests at a time as I find new things I want to learn. Also in TX you have unlimited interrogatories that ask for the identification and authentication of specific documents.
