mnorwood
I am going to see a lawyer next week about my case against a CA. I have one question that I want to clarify before I go. FDCPA fines are $1,000 per action, meaning per lawsuit right? FCRA is per violation. Just want to make sure I know what I am talking about, so I can make sure HE knows what he's doing. codename_fortyseven
Don't forget about your state's FDCPA equivalent. Often they have higher per violation damages.
