Tarahh1
OK! I DV'd 2 CA 4 weeks ago, and no response. I understand the next step is to send a follow up letter. Any suggestions on what it should say? Do I need to go into depth or can I basically state this letter is to serve as a follow up to my previous correspondence dated 05/21/2005 in which I have yet to hear a response--- Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.**in addition, one of the CA is one in which I have an attorney who has filed for violations due to their crazy collection tactics they used on me. they advised i do not need to follow up--- my feeling is the violations is one thing but the debt is another---- so should i follow up or let it lie? Thanks again!!! divemedic
You need to 1-2 punch them. Did you dispute any entries on your CR yet?Read this:http://debt-consolidation-credit-repair-service.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=24558
Tarahh1
Thanks for your reply, but no, because neither of them are on my credit report so I cannot dispute it with them as well, to do the 1-2 punch
