I don't think this is reported correctly as I know it has been reported since as far back as 2002, it was actually reported 4 times for a while. Do you thihk I can have this deleted on violations? I have tried PFD, DV and everything else I can think with no luck.

The only thing I see is that it's listed as an installment. You don't have a contract with Equidata stating you agreed to an installment account, so they can't list it that way. It should say 'collection'.

You can certainly try a pay for delete again with their violation.

Have you disputed with the CRAs yet? If not, DO SO. This could give you more FDCPA violations and a couple FCRA violations to add in the pile.

Send the collector a DV letter if you haven't already. Then dispute with the CRAs.
