Hello All:

Well this past weekend I pulled my credit report from mycreditkeeper.com & noticed that there was a hard inquiry for collection purposes from Wolpoff & Abramson. Although I havent recieved any documentation from the company yet... after reading in the posts how they are sue happy it has me worried being that I own property. I have truly worked sooooo hard to get my credit scores high & everytime I think Im done.... another collection agency comes out of the sky. Its truly a frustrating experience however.....has anyone been successful in dealing with this co? If so what methods did you take? Any suggestions on how to protect my realestate? I already sent a complaint to the bbb.org about them pulling a hard inquiry without my permission..... Please help :(

I received alot of phone calls from these people. But I have yet to receive any thing in the form of paperwork. But I went ahead and DV'd them 2 times now and I still have got nothing in writting and the phone calls have stopped. I am waiting for notice of arbitration, but they will be in violation if they don't send validation first. So I am in a holding pattern with them right now. I will post you again if anything changes. Let us know your status too! (My debt is MBNA)
