Mr. Levitow
I have three accounts from when I was 18 that are just about past the 7 years + 180 days for due deletion. My question, there are 3 CA accounts listed where the JDB purchased the debt. When the 7 years are up on OC account, do the CA have to delete also? Also, my DW received a judgement last year. Arrow sued, won suit, but now Asset owns the debt?! There are two listings on her report, but get this, the judgement isn't anywhere on the reports! WTF mate? codename_fortyseven
Yes, they have to delete, and if the dates when the stuff is supposed to come off doesn't match the date you have for the OC, they are re-aging. Get hard copies of your credit reports and sue. How did arrow win? Were you served? Did you show up?
Mr. Levitow
Dude, I did everything I was supposed to do. I filed all sorts of paperwork with the courthouse and payed them the money. I called to find out how the case went and they said that Arrow was awarded default judgement because I never paid the $10 processing fee at the court. I produced my carbon check showing they cashed the check just for that purpose and they sent me papers to ask for vacation...bullsh!t. Anyway, the dates for AAC and Midland (those are the CA's that picked up the accounts) are way different then what the OC accounts show. I have hard copy credit reports going back to 1999 too. I didn't know there dates and stuff had to show the same. I'll look into this.
