I was sending out via CMRRR DV's to CA and I also sent out DV to the OC (since I am from CALIF) I heard that in CALIF we could DV the OC. Anyways I DVed both of them. The CA writes me back the very next day and actually bets the green card which they signed to receive the CMRRR.

Anyways they told me that they already sued me for the junky car that I gave back to them. They never notified me that they were suing me. They did not serve me.

In reply to the DV they told me the case number (hey go look for yourself) and then told me to pay them $6200. So I am waiting to see if the OC will Validated the account and if not then I am going to send the OC a letter stating that they agency that the assigned (supposedly since the CA will not validate) the case to sued me in court wrongfully and that I am now suing them then back (gladly) for the amount owed on the account? How does that one sound? Do you think it will work

P.S. I plan to vacate the judgement?

Well.

The CA didn't validate properly.

"we are in the process of suing you" is not validation. Can the CA even sue in their own name?
