Codger
Lets say you have 10 different credit cards with one company. Can and will they consolidate all the accounts into one account for collection purposes.
Leadhead
Most likely, no.It would be harder to validate (if they do at all), apply the empirical factors (the interest rate is most likely different on each account), and whether they are collecting on bahalf of the OC or purchased the debt would all be negative factors is bundling up ten accounts into one. Codger
Thanks Leadhead! How about the Credit Card Companies themselves? Would not suing you one time for 10 cards be cheaper than 10 times for 10 cards.
