Frivolous Claim Verizon Wireless

I sent a certified letter to Verizon stating 2 collection accounts were not mine. They responded with one of the accounts referenced.

1. For the one account, they stated my dispute is frivolous because they have either (A) did not receive sufficient information to investigage or (B) the account in dispute has been previously investigated and the charges determined to be valid.

I have never contacted them directly for DV. What should I do?

2. For the second account, they did not respond and it has now been greater than 30 days.
