California: No CRA 15 Day Extentions from free annuals?

I have the CRA's automatically taking and additional 15 days beyond the normal 30 to get back to me when I dispute information on my second round of disputes. Two types of extentions I have found are from free annual credit reports where the CRA has an additional 15 days per FCRA, and by sending the CRA some additional information for a specific account that is in the middle of a dispute (although I have not looked up the california code or the FCRA code for this). In the California legal codes I have not found any legal type of 15 day extention. No 15 day CRA exentions in California? Anyone have knowledge?

Thanks

Kevin
