Serve All Named Employees of CA?

If you are charging the individual employees with breaking the law, then you should serve them notice. Constitutionally, they (no matter how scummy) are entitled to defend against your accusations. If you don't serve them, then even if you win by default, it can be vacated for lack of service.

okay, methuss, thanks!

i called just to get the suite number for their corporate counsel. something told me to ask so i asked to speak to one of the employees i named and would you believe that since i filed this person has left the company. what do i do now...do i need to track this person down or amend my complaint to exclude him as a defendant? or do i care since none of the settlement would be coming from him anyway?
