mortage refinance to buyout chapter 13

If you don't have any mortgage lates since filing the ch13, and your ch13 payment history is good, you may qualify for a buyout within 6-12 mos. The one big factor will be your LTV(loan-to-value). If the appraised value of your home is at least 20-25% higher than what you owe on the mortgage and ch13, you should be in good shape!!
