Raising Credit Score...

Get rid of negative items and add positive items. Then, pay for the positive items over a course of years, this will have the effect of raising your scores.

Seriously, this question is too general. It would be like asking "What car should I buy?" Without knowing the specifics to your situation, it is a very hard question to answer.
