My wife and I filed Ch. 7 BK Jan. 2000, discharged April 2000.

They are creating headaches on us trying to get good terms/loans.

As you can see, lots of mistakes and I want it gone. I want to aggressively get all 3 removed.

Any suggestions on how; possibly form letters that I can fit to my style?

Please Help!

You dispute each and every bit of wrong info. Every single thing is disputable. Whether or not you actually get them gone is another thing. You just might get lucky. You may have to dispute more than once, so only dispute 1 piece of data each time. If it comes back verified, you'll have to wait a while until you dispute again or you'll get a 'previously investigated' or 'frivolous' label and they won't budge.

What about the rest ? Are all of the included accounts listed as 'included in bankruptcy' with a ZERO balance and nothing negative reported after your BK filing date ?? If they're wrong - dispute them !

Have you done any other rebuilding ??

I have some other accounts that show "included in BK." They do have a 0 balance, I believe.

We have done some rebuilding and was able to purchase a home last year but I lost my job, moved to Florida, and we had to let the home go back to the bank for a "deed-in-lieu." We had it with a realtor for 6 months, tried to rent it (people skipped), and then an investor offered to purchase for only about 70% of value. It was a bad deal from the start but the mortgage company assured me that it would not show on our credit has a forclosure nor a public record. I have to clean that up too. It's showing has going to forclosure.

We have just had bad luck with finances in our life. I hate it and very tired of it.
