You don't actually send the CRA a validation letter. First, send the CRA a general "i have no records of this account" dispute letter. If and when it comes back verified, then send a debt validation letter to the creditor who is showing up on your report. What you get back from the CRA and the creditor will determine your next course of action.

Well i just got my first reply back from experian and it stated that, what i tried to dispute has been verified they even gave me a phone number to call. So should i DV the OC or should i try to settled with the OC? and if i settled i want to make sure that if i pay they would deleted it from the credit report. Any suggestion?
