spiagia
Just curious, if you pay a debt to a collection agency or OC and stipulate on check in memo, or specify on check, "endorsement of check certifies acct # ****paid in full and deletion from CRA's", will that hold in court for CA, OC or whatever if they do not delete?Technically, you are obtaining their signature, and they agreeing to terms on check, right? chincheck
Do a search on "restrictive endorsement." It definitely does NOT work in California.
