blittles
No, I just got back the letter from the CA yesterday. So should I dispute it with the CRA? What should I say to them? Thanks
Recovering Attorney
Dispute with the CRAs. In clude a copy of the letter you got from the CA. Say that since you deny owning the OC anything, and the CA cannot validate, the item is inaccurate and MUST be deleted. Send it certified mail. Wait 45 days and check your CR. If you haven't heard from them or it remains on your CR, get ready to rumble!!!
