if you object to arbitration do you have to counterclaim?

Recommended Posts

Hi everyone,

I sent out my arbitration response, realizing that spending alot of energy on the response is not a good idea...while filing counterclaims exercises your legal muscle..and u can copy it for the inevitable court procedure...i thought tactically counterclaims would help...but we will see....i think the validation process is the better route.....

i will keep you informed....while i keep my fingers crossed...but i definitely expect to be sued by that creep Lowery... bye

Just file a letter refusing to arbitrate. No matter what you do, 98% of the time you will lose anyway, but at least you admit nothing by refusing arbitration.

From what I gather on this board, I am one of the few, if the only person, that refusing arbitration worked for.
