fsbate
I refinanced my house, and consolidated my school loans, and my score fell from a 670 to 603..BUMMER! I now have 15 inquiries, 5 which are due to to the refinance. I think I may be able to dipute those, because I was told that mortgage companies are only suppose to add one inquiry within 30 days regardless of how many credit pulls took place. I don't know what to do. I'm now getting ready to buy another house and hope this won't be a permenent score for me. Maybe it will go back up after 30 days once everything is reporting correctly on my report...wonder?

Once the dust settled from the credit repair work and getting a bunch of new accounts, my scores dropped from the low 700's to the mid 600's. They have been there for a while, but now the mortgage is final and they should start going back up. Your will too.
