lindsay135
I had a little bit of a problem with TU when I had a letter from a CA for a removal. I sent it to them and they were like " we dont belive you we have to check it out" blah blah then 2 days later they sent another credit report saying it was deleted..... They are buttheads:roll:
better credit
I have two accounts like this. One I sent them the ltr from the CA saying to remove. they removed then 2 months later reinserted and told me until I send them a recent ltr stating to remove then they will not remove it. On the another hand they didn't know the OC and I had a litigation agreement to remove it. They keep it on my CR until a week ago. they didn't know I knew exactly when the OC reported to delete which was May 12,2006. Then they they verified all accounts on my CRA within 13 days and they will not investigate any other account until court papers are provided. So the court papers I provided was lawsuits. I cant wait until trial 8/10/06.HAHA
hinky
I have a deletion letter as well and TU are still being jerks about removing the TL. I think the extra time they gave themselves is up soon. So we'll see what happens.
RSB
TU sent a letter saying, "the item belongs to you."
PeteDude
I've said it before, I'll say it again. I think TU wants to be the new Experian.Problem is, their bad attitude is coming a few years too late. Experian was nearly the only game in town and there was no Internet when they were king. TU is now facing an onslaught of readily available information on credit repair and organized credit law resources plus government agencies who are all too willing to sue. TU might get knocked back down to size by court cases if they don't watch their attitude.
