better credit
In reading section 623 of the FCRA: how does that relate to CRA. To my understanding that is for furnishers to CRA. IS that correct? I know they are furnishers also but seems like it is referencing OC's. Getting confused now!
GreatGadsby
furnishers refers to whomever is providing the information to the CRA... whether it be an OC, a CA, a JDB, the IRS or a court reporting a judgement or lien....... the furnisher is not the CRA.
