If an affidavit filed in a Complaint was notarized for the state different than the state I live in... is that admissable in the court where I live? For ex. If I live in IN and the affidavit was notarized for the state of CA, is the affidavit admissable in the state of IN?

What does it mean if the judge states "the documents are not exemplified documents"?
