onesocksid
Well unfortunately I don't have a letter to give you. I went to Transunions website and completed an online dispute. I would imagine they were not able to validate properly.

DrTre
lvnv is sherman, the devil. They're a jdb (junk debt buyer). Do a search on either lvnv or sherman on this board and you'll see multiple posts on them.
Cole
Congrats! They were one of my toughest to get removed, but not only did they remove themselves, they sent a letter to me saying they screwed up, so I have wonderful backup if they ever pop in on me again. Isn't it a good feeling?
newbie7069
They report the date opened as the date they acquired it. But you need to check the date they are reporting as DOFMD. You'll have to call EXP to get it. That is the date that can never change. You also need to watch them for reporting it as an "Installment" loan and listing you as 120 days late:evil:
newbie7069
Since it's bad manners to hijack a thread...I'd suggest doing a search for LVNV. There are tons of them trust me!!!
