OC won't even talk to me...wtf??

Ok had a secured card with First Premier and about a year ago exactly i decided to become an independent insurance agent... Well money wasn't exactly flowing anymore so the account C/O.

So now i'm in a LOT better Financial situation and the Customer service rep said they won't even talk to me!!!??? I'm trying to settle a debt but they won't even give me the time of day...

Now this account has been assingned to MRS NOT SOLD, but they still won't talk.

What should i do next?
