Fozzle 10
Hi all -Have you seen this report? It's the Federal Trade Commission's Report to Congress on the FCRA Dispute Process...brand spankin' new in August 2006. It offers some insight into the real dispute process, response times, the beauty of E-Oscar and why many companies are against E-Oscar, why some creditors don't report credit limits, and the effect FACTA is/should be/will be having. It also answers the question "how many reports did the Big 3 issue directly to consumers in 2003?" And there are several case citations as well.Hope this is helpful:http://www.ftc.gov/os/comments/fcradispute/P044808fcradisputeprocessreporttocongress.pdf#search=%22fcra%20dispute%
