rfinnesey
I have been working on removing some inquiries from my Trans Union credit report. I have called Trans Union and they told me I need to take it up with the company directly and that I cannot dispute inquiries with Trans Union. I have found the sample inquiry letter changed it a bit and mailed it out to the companies that pulled copies of my credit report. About 50% of the letter where returned back to me as undividable by the post office. I have used the address listed on the Trans Union report. Can I now go back and send a letter to Trans Union with a copy of the envelope mark undividable and returned to me by the post office and have the inquiries removed? brattylatina
TU won't delete anything and I have sent letters to the original people who did inquiries and if it was legit, they want copy of credit report so they can figure out who accessed the credit report. Equifax deletes them just like that!
