I called the CA agent back he was not available so the rep that answers reads his notes and offers a settement much higher than what i offered, i told them i could not pay that amount and she said well then we are not going to make any more offers and collections will continue for the full amount, she then hung up on me.. did i make a mistake by talking to this person, should i try contactin the rep who made the offer , or just try again later? Please help :(

Also PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU GET IT IN WRITING BEFORE YOU PONY UP A DIME.. also when and If you do send a check I would open another bank account for this or CA payment only.. I have seen check by phone more then once get debited twice or have the wrong amounts

so get it IN WRITING because if you dont.. it never happened and make sure you do NOT do check by phone but send it from another account...
