1. I have sent DV and nothing for 38 days..

2. I sent a follow-up letter requesting DV..

3. 60 days past since first DV. I sent the 2 requests, green cards and all documentation to the CRA.

4. I purchased PrivacyGuard ( TrueCredit was impossible since TransUnion insists I had a person try to access my report and won't allow me to get info online but I see it with PG - go figure)

Questions:

A. Should I wait untiil my report updates this month..

or purchase a new one again.. that gets costly... I DV'd the heck out of my report...

B. I am working with CA like Asset Acceptance, Palisades and they sent ZERO, ZIP, NADAH so far...

I guess I am asking.. what's the next step?

I have three deletes so far.. *golf clap*

If you're DV was not sent within the first 30 days of the intial contact, then I believe that they are abiding by the law here as long as they are marking the TL as disputed by the consumer. As far as to how long they have to respond to you, someone else will have to chime in. But FYI, I have read threads where they leave it listed "in dispute" for months on end without responding. I had one that did that until they finally sold it to someone else. Then the process started all over again :?

Amendment to my comment above:

Once CA is not reporting anything at all.

I have DV'd them twice now.

I sent my documentation to the 3 CA.

The dates were wrong and balance, checks, invoices and green cards.

I asked them to verify the information is correct.

I also reported this company to the BBB.

It does not please me to hear your history. Asset Acceptance and Palisades

have to be the lowest JDB on the earth... .and Asset is the richest...

Not quite, but they are very stubborn. You'll get better results by working with your state requlatory agencies than you will with the BBB. The hundreds of BBB complaints these companies receive don't affect them one bit.
