garddawg
I recently enrolled in a DMP with a local CCCS office. The counselor stated that Dell Financial Services refuses to work with consumers in a DMP program and he advised that I just leave the account out of my DMP and make payments to Dell myself. Does anyone know if this is true or is the CCCS counselor telling a big one?Dell is charging 30% interest on the account. Does anyone know if they ever reduce the interest rate for economic hardship cases? Thanks!!
Recovering Attorney
When I collected as part of my practice I would throw the CCCS letters away. They offer you peanuts AND charge the creditor to accept the peanuts. So yes, Dell can do that. Try writing Michael Dell a letter telling him how disappointed you are and why you need his help at this time.
PolarBearnCO
Why buy a Dell in the first place? Buy American! I'll never buy Dell since I won't be able to understand the mid-Eastern accents on the phone if I ever need to get help.
